Gemini Ideator 1

The accidental cohort

Gemini started by mistake, as a happy accident. Through looking to encourage and support participants of the NASA Space Apps Challenge to think longer term and beyond the completion of the two-day weekend, we stumbled over the start of a solution to introduce eager members into the new space innovation ecosystem. We built a 12-week, after-hours, online 'personal accelerator' program with the goal for participants to found new startups around good ideas and through iterating over experimental business models.

The first cohort started in May 2017 and finished in July 2017.

Gemini Ideator 2

The second cohort of the Gemini Ideator started in November 2017 and finished in March 2018. This cohort was the first international cohort, and our first attempt to build a cohort with pure individuals without having participated in a hackathon or pre-ideator bootcamp.

More detail coming soon.
